745 provides a technology platform that enables users to:

• Book transportation services through our mobile application
• Track rides in real-time
• Make secure payments for services
• Rate and review their experience

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate, complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat drivers and other users with respect
• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Not engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Users agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with the services
• Maintain valid payment information
• Accept our pricing structure, including surge pricing during high demand
• Pay cancellation fees when applicable

Users may cancel rides subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is cancelled after a certain time period or if the driver has already arrived at the pickup location.

745 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to or arising out of our services.
